Goals for this month
Tomorrow I’m planning on starting a detox. Then I plan on going on a fairly restricted diet preparing for the renaissance faire coming this April.
I plan on doing a bunch of arm exercises in hopes of toning up my arms and I’m going try again at my 30 day hooping challenge.

Another healed 4 point industrial piercing. I did this in around August I believe. All of the jewelry is titanium, anodized blurple. The barbells are from Anatometal, the gems are from Industrial Strength. The gems on the outside are white opal and the center gem is either saphire or medium blue spinel (Sorry, I forget. They’re both very similar and its been a while since we pierced it).

Hectic
This past week has been hectic -sigh- Had a couple of tests, one of my professors quit before a test then we got a new one that’s not familiar with the subject… -sigh- I have three tests next week right before spring break.
Sadly I haven’t been able to keep up with hooping or working out.
I walked two mile in one day last week and somehow it really messed up my ankle. I’m going to try and find a pediatrist or orthopedist whatever and try and see if something else happened to my ankle other than a sprain and see if there is anything else that I can do to make my ankle better -sigh-
Spring break is coming up soon and we may be doing a small road trip down to Austin and San Antonio. Hopefully we will have fun! I need a relaxing time to just reset.
I’m still on my diet. I haven’t really gotten to exercise as much as I have wanted to though. But I did walk a whole bunch yesterday as I was at the North Texas Irish Festival =)
Sunday I will be having my D&D game with friends, including the girl that does the Highland Games and I’m hoping to get more info from her on how to start taking part in them =)

BEFORE your workout, have something small, but high-carb, for energy.
-A banana
-An apple
-Oatmeal
-Healthy cereal
-Whole wheat english muffin with jamAFTER your workout, have something with protein to rebuild those tired muscles!
